Housing

USF School of Management

Students who move to San Francisco can choose to live on campus (university-sponsored housing) or off campus (private housing).

NON-USF RESOURCES

  • Crime activity data reported in San Francisco, published by Trulia.com
  • ApartmentList.com
  • Apartments.com - the staff weed out scams by contacting landlords and integrating with companies' property inventory. Also includes neighborhood information.
  • Craigslist.org - is a popular go-to for many landlords and brokers to list their available housing.
  • Hotpads.com - the search function of this website allows you to search by additional criteria such as rental types, property types and allowed pets.
  • Livelovely.com - captures listings from Craigslist as well as other sites and allows you to create alerts for apartments of your preference.
  • Zillow.com - like trulia, zillow.com also allows you to create a renter profile and provides unique search tools on an interactive map.
  • Zumper.com - checks landlord, property management, and broker that lists with them, which significantly reduces the chances of fraud.
