Law Enforcement Leadership Symposium

January
This annual symposium, co-hosted with the San Francisco Police Department, is focused on ethical leadership strategies. The symposium fulfills the broader mission of the International Institute of Criminal Justice Leadership to facilitate training and research for leaders in the various disciplines of the criminal justice system.

 

Business and Finance Speaker Series

Spring Semester
The Business and Finance Speaker Series is committed to delivering speakers at the height of success in the fields of finance, business, venture capital, and economics.

 

Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference

March / April
Each spring, the university hosts a one-day Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference. The 2018 conference, "Innovate For Good", will be held in partnership with the Commonwealth Club of California. Past conference themes include "Momentum For Change" and "Tech For Good".

The conference is funded out of the Harari Leadership and Social Innovation Initiative, which supports USF School of Management programs that bridge theory to practice in the fields of conscious leadership and social innovation.

 

Future Hospitality Career Showcase

April
Completely organized, executed, and attended by hospitality management students, The Showcase is a business networking session focusing on professional career development with a select group of invited hospitality companies.

Symposium on Refugees, Forced Migrants, and Human Security

This symposium examines global issues and local perspectives on refugees and forced migration, bringing together scholars, migrants, service providers, and activists. The two panels and networking reception will offer a rich opportunity for building awareness and solidarity through dialogue and exchange.

Bi-Annual Conference and Frequent Forums
The China Business Studies Initiative promotes knowledge creation through research and development focused on China and the globalization of Chinese businesses. The Initiative prepares business leaders of tomorrow with skills for global success.
