Successful organizational development is grounded in the understanding of people and process. Whether you work in nonprofit, for-profit, or governmental organizations, USF’s MSOD offers a comprehensive curriculum that is built across the sector boundaries of nonprofits, government agencies, and for-profit corporations so that you are prepared to transform the health of any organization.
