The application process is entirely online. No items need to be mailed to USF. You can simply upload all of your application items to your application account.

Step 1: Create Account
Create a School of Management application at gradapply.usfca.edu. After submitting this form, you will be emailed instructions to log into your account and complete your application. Please be sure to use an email address you check frequently.
Step 2: Review Application Requirements
Review the application requirements specific to the program to which you are applying.
Step 3: Save Often, Submit Once
You do not have to complete the online application in one sitting. You may access your application as many times as you like with your username and password. However, you can only submit your application once and you will not be able to make updates to your application after it has been submitted.
Step 4: Check Your Status
After you submit your application, you can check your status by clicking on the Application Status link and logging in.

- Letters of Recommendation
Ask your recommenders to speak about your work ethic, interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines, and other intangibles that can't be gleaned from the rest of your application. And remember, what your recommenders have to say is more important than their title.
