Join us Tuesday evenings this Fall 2021, to take control of your health, master healthy cooking techniques and expand your culinary repertoire through our new 6-week Innovations in Culinary Health Course.
Classes will be held virtually, every Tuesday from October 12th to November 16th, 2021. Instruction hours will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm PT.
Through lectures, culinary demonstrations, and interactive group sessions, attendees will achieve the following:
