      Spring Semester<\/h4>\n

      Continue your Horizon Core<\/strong> experience with the Digital Transformation<\/strong> course, and expand your network by taking electives \u2014 either online or in person \u2014 alongside fellow MBA students. <\/p>\n

      Year 2: Advance Your Expertise and Make an Impact<\/h3>\n

      Fall Semester<\/h4>\n

      Build on your foundational work with advanced courses in leadership, operations, and strategy. Embark on our Global Business Practicum<\/strong> to gain hands-on experience working on high-impact projects with international organizations. Students may complete the practicum fully online or choose to attend the experience in person.<\/p>\n

      Spring Semester<\/h4>\n

      Complete your MBA with the Magis Final Project<\/strong>, where you will apply your learning to a real-world challenge as well as reflect on how your work contributes to positive outcomes for communities, organizations, and society at large. You\u2019ll also continue to build your network through electives with other MBA students.<\/p>\n

      Summer Semester<\/h4>\n

      Round out your degree with electives in areas such as digital marketing, creativity, and innovation.<\/p>\n
