Instructions for clearing a Proxy Error:
If you get this error when connecting to library resources, please follow these instructions to clear your browser history, cache, and cookies. Make sure to clear from the beginning of time (Chrome), all history (Safari), or Everything (Firefox). Deleting cookies and history will remove previously entered usernames and passwords for websites, so you will need to login in again. You do not need to delete any saved passwords in your browser. After you clear your cache, close your browser, reopen it, and try accessing the resource again. If you still encounter the error, please try a different browser.
