PubMed consists of bibliographic information primarily drawn from MEDLINE. Those looking for research from the fields of medicine, nursing, veterinary medicine & dentistry should use PubMed. Find a PubMed tutorial here.
CINAHL consists of bibliographic information and full text articles specific to the fields of nursing and allied health. Those looking for nursing specific publications or publications authored by a nurse should use CINAHL Plus with Full Text.

A comprehensive database that covers a wide range of medical, nursing, and health science specialties and includes a unique suite of information that’s been analyzed, appraised, and prepared by expert reviewers at JBI.
The Cochrane Library
The Cochrane Library consists of six databases, including The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, the Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE), and the Cochrane Controlled Trials Register (CENTRAL).
