Alumni Panelists Reflect on In-house Careers
USF School of Law hosted the In-house Careers Alumni Panel and Reception on April 13 at Spotify in San Francisco. The event was co-hosted by the USF School of Law student organizations Technology, Entrepreneur, and Start-Up Law Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Association.
The panel was moderated by Faisal Shah '86, a member of the University Board of Trustees and the School of Law Board of Governors and co-founder of AppDetex. Panelists included Lisa Minge of StubHub, Rafa Gutierrrez '01, senior counsel at Uber, and Ely Juarez Pennant '03, senior counsel at Spotify.
Panelists discussed their unique careers within the startup and in-house space, and shared advice about how to pursue careers, network, and interview for opportunities in that field.
