Peter Harvey has practiced intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark and copyright law, in San Francisco for over 30 years. He has served on the board of the International Trademark Association (INTA), a 140-year old organization representing trademark owners worldwide, and as INTA’s counsel. He has taught Entertainment & Media Law as an adjunct professor at USF School of Law since 2001. He received USF’s Adjunct Professor of the Year Award in 2013.
