Heather Borlase is a labor and employee relations specialist at the University of California, San Francisco, where she provides advice and consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees in the area of labor and employee relations. She is also an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University School of Law, where she teaches employment law and employment discrimination. Prior to this, she represented employees in a wide array of employment matters as a partner at Bayer and Borlase and a solo practitioner at Borlase Law Offices. Ms. Borlase has served as a board member for the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco and Dolores Street Community Services, and was co-chair of the Disability Rights Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco from 2014 to 2016.
