Biography

David Longinotti is chair of Hanson Bridgett LLP’s 30-attorney real estate section. He specializes in complex real estate secured transactions and related debt and equity financing arrangements. In connection with his real estate practice, Longinotti is a LEED® accredited professional who provides specialized green building services to owners and developers. His recent credits include serving as lead counsel for the development of 200,000 square foot food processing facility. The development utilized integrated delivery and LEAN design processes and is planned for LEED® silver certification. Longinotti is also an accomplished business attorney, providing corporate, tax, and licensing and distribution expertise to the firm's agribusiness and other transactional clients. As a section leader, he is responsible for section wide strategic planning and implementation as well as the professional development of his section members. He brings these same leadership skills to project management in his legal practice. Longinotti is a frequent speaker and writer on real estate finance and green building topics.
