Adjunct Professor Dilworth is a litigation partner in the San Francisco office of Cooper, White & Cooper LLP, where he has practiced since 1995. His practice focuses on the law governing lawyers, and involves representing and counseling lawyers and law firms with respect to all aspects of professional responsibility, both in and outside of litigation. He also serves as special counsel to Cooper, White & Cooper LLP on ethics matters. He publishes and speaks regularly in the area of legal ethics. He is a past chair of the San Francisco Bar Association's Legal Ethics Committee and a current member of the California State Bar's Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct. He is also an active member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
