Creating an Online Account
Members and Pass Holders
New Koret ID card and online account creation for patrons only (members and pass holders). Does not apply to USF faculty, staff, or students.
Step 1: Start Your Account
Go to USF ActiveNet and select Create an Account.
Step 2: Complete the Create Account Form
Please fill out the form completely, including all required fields (Birth Date, Email Address, Emergency Contact, etc.). Please submit your request only once.
Please note: If you are registering a child for an activity, please use your own information when filling out the online account creation form, NOT the information of the child you wish to register for an activity. Once you have an online account, you will have the opportunity to add family members.
Step 3: Activate Your Account
You will automatically receive an email after submitting your request for an account. Your account will be activated only after you have responded by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Step 4: Get Your ID Card
Please come to the Koret front desk to purchase a pass or membership.
For USF faculty, staff, and students only.
Do NOT create a new account, your USF account has already been setup in ActiveNet. Follow the five easy steps below to complete online account activation for online registration services.
Please note: USF students should login using their USF email address WITHOUT 'dons,' e.g., KHRC@usfca.edu.
Step 1: Go to the Sign In Page
Go to USF ActiveNet and click on the Sign In link.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
Please click the Forget your password? link.
Step 3: Enter Your USFCA Email
Please enter your @usfca.edu email (WITHOUT the 'dons') and hit the Submit button.
Step 4: Get Your Temporary Password
Please check your usfca.edu email for the temporary password.
Step 5: Sign In
You can return to the Sign In page to access your ActiveNet account.
