REGROUP - Email Marketing to students, faculty, and staff through USFConnect

Class Offered: 6/25, 6/27, 7/2, 7/9, 7/11, 7/16, 7/18

You will learn about how to send 'required' and 'voluntary' mass emails to faculty, staff, and students through a new email messaging system that will be implemented as a part of the upgraded USFConnect platform, set to launch on July 15, 2013. This new system replaces the traditional USFconnect emails and announcements as well as many of the emails that go out to students and university employees through iModules.

Attend this training if you are currently an admin in USFconnect and/or iModules that sends mass emails to students, faculty, and/or staff, or if your USF office/department requires such outreach. Users will learn how to:

- access and navigate the new system 

- prepare and schedule an email  

- select which group(s) to use for 'required' and 'voluntary' messages
