Faculty who have not taught for 18 months will have all services drop unless they have another role, such as Student or Alumni.
In some cases, retired faculty are granted permanent access to a limited set of services, including myUSF, email, and Employee Self Service. The Retired Faculty role is granted by the Provost's Office.
Librarians who are teaching have faculty access privileges.
