I currently have a few certifications: NASM Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise, 200 Yoga Teacher Training via Yoga Tree SF, Indoor Cycling, and TRX. I teach group classes along with a few personal clients. When I'm not at the fitness studios, I'm probably in Berkeley hanging out with my nieces and nephews or walking this amazing city.
