Todd is an adjunct professor in the department of Economics at the University of San Francisco and a lecturer in the Economic Analysis and Policy Group at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He has worked at many Silicon Valley high-tech companies in various capacities. He has 20+ years experience in the software industry in telecommunications, medical, financial software, and analytics. His experience includes performance engineering, tools development, product development, product management, operations, quality assurance, process engineering, and test automation. Todd holds 20 U.S. patents across a variety of disciplines. He is a Shodan (first-degree black belt) in Shotokan and Ryobu-kai karate and is an assistant instructor at a local dojo.

Todd graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Computer Science. He has MBA's from UC Berkeley and Columbia University which he earned through the Berkeley-Columbia Executive MBA program.
