Biography
Richard has practiced law in California since 1983. His practice includes an emphasis on sports and entertainment law, real estate, and business transactions and litigation. He is currently a partner at the law firm of Hymes, Schreiber and Walden, LLP, and the founder and CEO of Dishon & Walden. Richard is the co-author of the textbook Sport, Ethics, and Leadership (Routledge, 2018) and teaches Sport Law at the USF Orange County campus. Richard was featured in the August 2018 issue of Compliance and Ethics Professional, the journal of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
