Biography

Kevin Milne has over 20 years of experience in the area of health law, and for the last 10 years has held several senior leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He currently serves as the Associate Deputy General Counsel for HHS. Before coming to HHS, Kevin was a Deputy Assistant General Counsel for the U.S. Government Accountability Office in Washington, D.C., where he provided legal support to congressional investigators and Members of Congress with oversight activities related to the Medicare and Medicaid programs, the Indian Health Service, the FDA, and health information privacy programs. He began his legal career as a personal law clerk to The Honorable Ellsworth A. Van Graafeiland of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
