Dr. Alfonso A. Aranda is an environmental health geographer, educator, community scholar, and the son of farmworkers. As a PhD student at UC Davis, Alfonso led a collaborative of academic researchers and farmworkers to investigate agricultural health hazards in the rural, central valley community of Knights Landing, CA. This talk highlights the methodology section of Alfonso’s dissertation, which will soon be submitted for publication in article form.
