Over the past year, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced many to re-evaluate their lifestyle and eating habits. We are excited to introduce a new Course in Innovations in Culinary Health that focuses on building a strong foundation in general nutrition and also teaching you the important skills and techniques to prepare well-balanced meals. This program will be from October 12 - November 16, 2021, and take place over a period of six weeks with a weekly 2-hour virtual session every Tuesday, from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Whether you work in the culinary, hospitality, or healthcare industry, or are interested in wellness for yourself and your loved ones, this certificate program will empower you with nourishing new strategies you can use to protect and enhance the health of those you serve.
