Martha J. Kanter

Ed.D. in Organization and Leadership

Dr. Kanter was nominated by President Obama as Undersecretary of Education. She had been a very effective Chancellor of Foothill-De Anza College. She now oversees the nation's postsecondary education policy, federal student aid, adult education and vocational education.
