Services

While at USF, you'll have access to a broad range of services to support your personal development. Our online workshops, including our three-session Anxiety Toolbox, and extensive web resources are open to all students. Current students may also request consultations or referrals. In addition, you'll have 24/7 access to CAPS' All Hours “warmline” at (855) 531-0761 and the National Crisis Textline, which is a peer support resource (text HOME to 741741).

CAPS is currently offering remote individual, couples, and group teletherapy to students residing within California — state regulations prevent provision of therapy across state lines. Students may choose to talk either by video or telephone and can engage in Single Session Therapy (SST) or in brief ongoing therapy. There are no fees for services. Current students can call (415) 422-6352 or (415) 422-6351 to make an appointment.
