Fromm Hall hosts art studios, student housing, the Fromm Institute for Lifelong Learning, and Saint Ignatius parish offices.
The Fromm Institute for Lifelong Learning provides retired persons with the opportunity to take noncredit, college-level courses.
Fromm provides first-year students with the option of living on campus in an all-female residence hall.
Xavier Auditorium provides a venue for live performances, lectures, receptions, and other special events.
At the bottom level of Fromm, XARTS is dedicated to the department of Art + Architecture. It includes digital labs, studios, and equipment for ceramics, architectural drafting, woodworking, and more.
The XARTS lounge gallery provides a space for class critique, presentations, and student exhibitions.
For convenience, several computers with access to the Internet and a printer are available in the atrium.
Usually one of the less busy spots on campus during the day, students can often find a quiet space for studying or taking a break.
Fromm Hall
From the the west side of Fromm—an all-female residence hall—students have an amazing view of Golden Gate Park, San Francisco's Richmond neighborhood, and the Pacific Ocean.
Inside is the Fromm Institute for Lifelong Learning, an education program for retired persons. The program offers daytime, noncredit, college-level courses in a wide range of academic subjects.
The XARTS Lab, a visual arts center for the Art + Architecture program, is also located in Fromm Hall.
