Campaign for Engineering at USF

USF is launching an engineering program, one that defies convention and is built on innovation and ethical values. Like the university and the city, this program will be innovative, entrepreneurial, and rooted in diversity and inclusion. The Engineering at USF program, with $55 million in philanthropic investment, is set to launch in the fall of 2020.

With your support we will:

  • Transform spaces into active learning environments to encourage collaboration and explore ideas
  • Retain an ethnically diverse student body by offering peer mentoring, career counseling, and scholarships
  • Offer endowed dean and faculty positions and provide research and innovation fund opportunities
  • Provide students with an education based on innovation, emotional intelligence, and active learning
  • Build San Francisco Bay Area industry and technology partnerships

We’re creating a new engineering program to educate a new kind of engineer — a liberal arts engineer steeped in Jesuit values.”

N. Jeremy Kasdin, who came to USF from Princeton University
to lead the engineering program
