Campaign for Engage San Francisco

The University of San Francisco is expanding its legacy of community involvement with an exciting $5 million plan to strengthen Engage San Francisco. This university-wide campus-community partnership seeks equity in education, health care, career development, and housing for our neighbors who live in the Fillmore and Western Addition.

With your support we will:

  • Provide undergraduate and graduate scholarships to students in the Western Addition community and those who are first in their family to attend college
  • Provide year-round support in and out of school that increases children's reading and technological literacy, inspires a love of learning, and nurtures a pathway to higher education
  • Improve health access by providing service, advocating for equitable policy, and addressing impacts of health inequity
  • Expand service-learning, research, and teaching to meet community-identified needs and embody USF's mission, vision, and Jesuit values

Engage San Francisco strengthens and expands our university-wide commitment to work with our neighbors as we collaborate on a shared vision of racial and economic justice.”
