Architecture and Community Design
With drafting tables, pin up space, and dedicated computers, scanners and printers, our architecture classrooms make 24/7 classes and studio work possible.
The Department of Art + Architecture’s studio facilities, commonly known as “XARTS” (pronounced “eks-arts”), are comprised of three architecture studios/classrooms, two computer labs, and two fine art studios/classrooms, along with critique/display walls. Two additional studios/classrooms are located in the nearby Koret Center, and one additional computer lab is in Cowell Hall. There is 24-hour key card access to our art studio classrooms.
