A: If you graduated from USF, you’re automatically a member. There are no dues, and as long as you keep your address updated, you will receive the USF Magazine and information about upcoming events.

A: Alumni can use their myUSF account to login to access their unofficial transcripts. If you do not have a MyUSF account, you may request access through this link

Q. How can I get student tax information (1098T)?

A: Alumni can access that information online.

Q: How do I order a duplicate diploma?

A: Information on duplicate diplomas may be found online at the graduation center's office, by email at or by calling (415) 422-2020.

Q: How can I buy alumni merchandise?

A: You can visit the USF Bookstore on campus and online or call (800) 423-4118.

Q: How do I make a donation to USF?

A:You may make a gift online using our secure server.

Q: Can I keep my USF email after graduation?

A: Yes, your email account remains active after graduation.

Q: I’ve moved or changed jobs. How do I update my address or provide information for the Class Notes section of the USF Magazine?
