The program is conveniently located at USF’s Downtown Campus, in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district, so that working professionals can easily participate in the program. Both full- and part-time options are offered. 

Master of Legal Studies in Taxation (MLST) students attend courses alongside the LLM in Taxation students taught by USF's preeminent scholars, enriching the learning and teaching environment for students in both programs.
