Disaster Preparedness Programs
The USF Department of Public Safety emergency preparedness mission is to work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, surrounding community and local, state and federal agencies to insure all members of the USF community have a personal preparedness plan, and have adequate emergency preparedness training opportunities in order to respond collectively as a community, quickly and effectively to any disaster.
Emergency Preparedness Educational Series
The Department of Public Safety and the Office of Campus Resilience will host informational sessions for faculty and staff on a variety of emergency preparedness topics. While there are currently no sessions scheduled, the ability to RSVP when new sessions are announced will be located here.

Session 1- Active Shooter
The Office of Campus Resilience has developed a household preparedness guide for the USF community to help prepare for emergencies. This guide describes many of the most common emergencies that may be experienced and provides important information on how to best prepare and respond to these incidents.
