forum exploring how to connect more low-income families with San Francisco’s economic
From health care to venture capital
The half-day symposium will highlight innovative programs
and feature a panel discussion with leaders in health care, venture capital, technology,
and manufacturing who have made the connection. There will be breakout sessions
on workforce trends, inspiring a new generation of diverse leaders, and
opportunities for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Diversity, innovation, and jobs
The Mayoral Community Stakeholder Forum: Diversity,
Innovation, and Jobs of the Future is the first in a series of forums about the
challenges facing San Francisco that will be held throughout the city before
the end of the year.
Registration is free and open to the public. The event is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 7
at USF’s McLaren Conference Center.
