USF’s Dental insurance is offered through the Delta Dental Premier Plan. USF pays the full premium for the plan, so be sure to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents! Other highlights include the ability to select the dentist of your choice, both in and out of network.

The Delta Summary of Benefits provides more information, including the cost and coverage levels of specific dental services. Please also review the Preventive Care and Claim Form.
