Pay Stub Distribution Process

Payroll continues the “Going Green” initiative with a new payroll stub distribution process!  Beginning June 16th, 2011, payroll will no longer distribute paper pay stubs via the on-campus distribution process.  Pay stubs will be available in the Employee Self Service online format only.  To "opt-out" of the online pay stub and have your pay stubs mailed to your home address, please download and complete the "Pay Stub Request Form" and deliver to the Payroll department (LM 145). To find a readily accessible computer from which to print your online pay stub, please contact the Payroll department at etimesheets@usfca.edu or call the Payroll Hotline at x5743.

Pay Check Distribution Process

Payroll is “Going Green” and we invite employees receiving paper pay checks to join us!  Beginning with all pay checks paid June 16th and thereafter, payroll will no longer distribute regular pay checks via the on-campus distribution process.  Pay checks will be mailed via the United States Postal Service to the current mailing address listed on Employee Self Service.  If you are still receiving a paper check and would like to upgrade to direct deposit, complete and submit a Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement form to payroll.  Download the direct deposit form here.

Avoid potential lost, delayed, or stolen checks by enrolling in the direct deposit.  Keep in mind that enrollment can take up to 30 days or one full payroll cycle to complete.  Be advised that any request for check cancellation and reissue may take up to ten (10) working days to process.

Print Your Pay Stub On-Campus
