Digital Signage

Web Communications & Services is responsible for supporting the digital signage system that allows us to communicate with the University community at the San Francisco Main Campus and in the Branch Campuses.  The team manages all the content and templates that are delivered on the campus digital signage screens.


Ektron Library Problem

We experienced technical issues in the Ektron Workarea that may have prevented you from adding library items to your websites. The problem started on Friday morning, November 8.  It was corrected Monday afternoon, November 11.

USF Website Is Going Mobile

Mobile visits to our USF website has been steadily increasing and will continue to rise over this next year.  To address this need, expect to see a mobile-friendly optimized presentation of the USF website on your mobile device this summer.

Change in EMT Management & Responsibilities

The management of Hobsons Connect2 (EMT) system, the prospective student CRM, will now be overseen by Admission Operations. All EMT requests sent to Web Services will be routed to Admission Operations starting on April 29, 2013.
