Purchasing Card Services is under the supervision of
the Director of Business Services and provides the following services:
In order to participate in the Purchasing Card program, cardholders
must be familiar with all policies that govern the program. These
polices are provided to ensure that Cardholders are aware of their
obligations and responsibilities and to provide answers to procedural
questions.
Please
note that training is required prior to receipt of a University purchasing
card/declining balance card and access to the Concur Travel and Expense system.
