Main Campus Residence Halls
Phelan Hall, Gillson Hall, Hayes-Healy Hall, and Fromm Hall are all located on the main campus. Hayes-Healy Hall (1966) and Gillson Hall (1965) are both freshmen dorms and are co-ed by floor. A full-service U.S. Postal Office is located in the lower level of Hayes-Healy. The basement of Gillson accommodates the Counseling and Psychological Services office.
Phelan Hall is centrally located on campus and offers housing for both freshmen and sophomores with students choosing a preference for co-ed or same sex (male or female only) floors. The Foghorn Newspaper, University Ministry, and USFtv are all located in the lower level of Phelan Hall.
Fromm Hall was recently renovated and provides all-female residence for freshmen and sophomores. Offices on the first floor of Fromm Hall include the Fromm Institute for Lifelong Learning and parish offices of St. Ignatius Church.
