School of Education
Formerly Presentation High School, run by the Sisters of the Presentation, the School of Education building was purchased by USF in 1991. The building serves as headquarters for the School of Education, established in 1930, and includes 15 general-use classrooms, an art studio, science lab, and computer labs.
Performances are held in the Presentation Theater, which seats 500 and is best known in San Francisco as the home of the Lamplighters Musical Theatre, beloved performers of Gilbert and Sullivan operettas. Located on the lower level is the Center for Instruction and Technology and the Club Ed Café, a small café-style eatery with self-service food options.
