Submissions Guidelines

Submissions should be informative and news worthy. Stories are printed and edited
for brevity and style at the discretion of the editors. Please consult the office of
publications’ style guide at www.usfca.edu/publishingresources/style_guide.html for
spelling of department names and proper use of university-related terms.

Achievements Guidelines

1. Achievements must be submitted by current USF faculty or staff members.

2. Achievements must reflect professional work, development, or awards,
or some aspect of personal development meaningful within the university context.

3. Achievements must have occurred within the six months prior to publication date.

4. Achievements must include date, month, or season; place; name or title of
achievement; and a short description.

5. Submissions are subject to editorial review. Final judgment on published material
is reserved by the editors.
