KUSF’s 25th anniversary was featured in the San Francisco Chronicle on May 12.


The San Francisco Chronicle published an article May 14 about the AIDS LifeCycle ride kick off at USF’s Negoesco Stadium. KNTV, KPIX-TV, KRON-TV, and KTVU also aired the story.


Roberta Johnson, politics, and her American politics class were featured April 30 on KRON-TV reacting to President George W. Bush’s speech during his recent visit to California.


Les Myers, School of Business, published an editorial May 13 on the Enron scandal through the Catholic News Service.

Raymond Dennehy, philosophy, was interviewed May 13 by KGO-TV about emergency contraception.


Jennifer Piumarta, international student adviser, was interviewed May 10 on Univision about the federal government’s new student visa tracking system.


Linda Walsh, School of Nursing, talked to El Heraldo Catolico about a student trip she will lead to Guatemala this summer. The interview will appear in June.


Julio Moreno, history, spoke to Univision on April 23 about a conflict between Cuba and Mexico.
