Stylish Reception
Starting this summer, a new admission office reception area will welcome visitors with a sleek, modern look. A refurbished commuter lounge, in the basement level of Campion Hall, now features built-in glass cases displaying USF memorabilia, wooden detailing, a gas fireplace to make the room cozy in winter, and a state-of-the-art video room with seating and desks for 50. An etching of a USF crest decorates the front doors. The old admissions office, in Campion B-10, has a limited reception area and seating for six. Visiting students and their parents waiting for a tour, often in groups of 10 or more, had to wait in the hall. Offices for admission counselors will be constructed in the former waiting area.
