James T. Bretzke, S.J., Associate ProfessorTheology and Religious Studies, recently published his fourth book, A Morally Complex World: Engaging Contemporary Moral Theology. In November he presented a paper, Theology of Accompaniment as a Post-Minjung Theology in Korea, to the Korean Religions Group at the American Academy of Religions annual convention in Atlanta. He also has presented four evening workshops on Introduction to Moral Theology for the Diocese of San Joses Institute of Leadership in Ministry.

In January he filed live updates of Stanford mens basketball games for Fox Sports Radio and ESPN Radio. In December and January he covered the San Francisco Diamond Walnut Bowl and the East-West Shrine Game for SportsTicker.
