A USF forum on the Taliban and the U.S. military attacks on Afghanistan was featured on both KRON-4 and CNN. It featured emeritus professor Richard Kozicki, Politics, and several students. The forum was sponsored by the USF Center for the Pacific Rim.



The Los Angeles Times and the San Francisco Chronicle ran stories on the $3.25 million grant awarded to the School of Law by the Koret Foundation.



Cupcake Brown, a recent alumna of the School of Law, was featured in Woman’s Own and Guide Posts, both national publications. She was also flown to New York for an interview with the Yyanla Show.

Brian Gerrard, School of Education, was interviewed by El Heraldo Católico on his disaster handbook used to help deal with post-traumatic stress.



Stephen Zunes, Politics, published an op-ed in the San Jose Mercury News on U.S. military attacks in Afghanistan.



Roberta Johnson, Politics, was interviewed about homelessness by Seattle Magazine in its November issue.



Anthony Jimenez, a USF undergraduate, was featured in El Nuevo Mundo in an article about the Saber es Poder scholarship he received to continue his studies at USF.
