Marking Black History Month

Black History Month at the University of San Francisco began with a performance by the acclaimed pianist Cecil Lytle in Gershwin Theater and a presentation by the artist Samuel Fleming Lewis in the Thacher Gallery.

The remainder of this month’s celebration, titled “Remembering Our Legacy: Past, Present, and Future,” is highlighted by the 9th Annual GospelFest on Feb. 22 in Gershwin Theater. For more information on these events, contact Multicultural and International Student Services at (415) 422-2654.
