Forwarding Option

Only use if you want to keep copies of your e-mail on the USFconnect server as well as have them forward to an alternative e-mail account.

  1. Log into USFconnect.
  2. Click on the icon for E-mail.
  3. Once in the e-mail web interface, click on the button for Options.
  4. From the choices on the left, click on the link for Advanced Settings.
  5. Log into Advanced Settings with your USFconnect username and password.
  6. From the choices on the left, click on the link for Mail Delivery Options.
  7. From the options on the right, scroll down until you see the section for "Forward a copy of each message to".
  8. Check the box for Enable Forwarding and enter the e-mail address you wish to forward to in the field.
  9. Click the Save button.
  10. Click the Logout link to exit Advanced Settings.

It may take up to 20 minutes before the forwarding changes have taken affect.

If you are currently keeping copies on the USFconnect server and no longer want to do that, follow steps 1 through 6. Once you have clicked on the link for Mail Delivery Options, from the choices on the right, uncheck the box for POP3/IMAP4 mailbox, scroll down the page to the "Forward a copy of each message to" section and confirm your forwarding e-mail address is correct, and then click the Save button. Once the changes have taken affect (it may take up to 20 minutes), messages will no longer be saved to your USFconnect account.
