Summer Youth Program

Summer Youth ProgramOn July 31, the USF School of Business and Associate Dean Carlos Baradello hosted Russian delegates participating in the Summer Youth Program (SYP), a U.S.-based international project administered by the non-profit Center for Citizen Initiatives. The program is designed to provide vital business management and leadership skills to Russian youth, who are on their way to becoming entrepreneurs. The delegates - students of business administration, marketing, economics, and international relations - learned about how U.S. businesses are started, organized and managed, so they could take home new ideas and become effective entrepreneurs and managers themselves.
