Debbie Zamora, an adjunct
professor for the School of Nursing and Health Professions at USF’s Fresno branch
campus and a student in USF’s doctor of nursing practice program,
was recently honored with a Heroes in HealthCare award for her efforts to feed Fresno’s hungry.

Imbued with holiday cheer, not to mention a sense of pride, family and friends of the University of San Francisco’s most recent crop of graduates arrived on campus to celebrate the university’s fall commencement exercises.

One-time Dons soccer player Sandy Draghi ’99, MSN ’05 and her
boyfriend, Jeremy Cline, recently pulled out not one but two dramatic comebacks
to make it into the final five teams of CBS’s "The Amazing Race."

The
University of San Francisco’s new master of public health (MPH) program received a ringing endorsement recently from Barbara Garcia, MPA '01, San Francisco’s
public health director, who called the program a much-needed training ground
for the next generation of public health leaders.
