Prospective & Admitted Students Email Outreach

In support of university-wide recruitment and marketing efforts for academic programs, Enrollment Communications provides services for delivering graphic and media-rich email communications to prospective students and applicants.

Email outreach guidelines for current students, faculty, staff and alumni are provided here.Targeted email campaigns, when coupled with engaging graphic emails, have proven to be more engaging than plain text.

Email Campaigns
In order for an email campaign to be effective, your email ordinarily should be sent two weeks prior to your event. In order for this to occur, the Enrollment Communications team must have the following materials provided approximately three weeks prior to your event date.  Here are typical time frames:

  1. For a text only message, the form will include:

    • Email send date and/or follow-up send date

At least 1 week prior (for text email)
