What knowledge and skills should an ACE have to be successful in your organization?
What knowledge and skills might an ACE gain by working with your organization? How will your organization facilitate the ACEs professional development (assigned readings, invitations to meetings or other program activities, etc.)?
Who would supervise the ACE? What kind of work space would the ACE have? What would be your preferred ACE work schedule (8-10 hours/week what days and times?)
