BUS 387 - Beverage Management (2)

This course provides an in depth study of beverage management in hotels, restaurants and beverage operations. Students will study responsible alcohol service through the ServSafe Alcohol training program, responsibility in marketing, managing and serving alcoholic beverages, the study of the production and quality assessment of alcoholic beverages, and health and social issues relating to alcoholic beverage consumption. Prerequisite: BUS 380.
